BACK HOME FROM HOSPITAL, SURGERY SEEMS SUCCEEDED, NOW 4 WEEKS BEFORE START TRAINING FOR HIKES AND BUILD MYSELF UP AGAIN !

The Diaphot was an extinction meter. It was offered by ICA and later Zeiss Ikon from 1921 to 1934.

From 1936 to 1940 it was offered in a slightly modernized style. Even the modernized model bore the star logo of ICA

Yes I recognised my mistake after I posted my reply here and my reply to JP. Live and learn!
Everyone faces these things in their own way of course, but I found that the setting of personal targets each day helped a lot, and I never thought that would be possible as I've always hated targets and regimes and so on and so forth!
