Always nice to get a clever take on the challenge! Well done Isabel. I had a fried egg sandwich the other day but the use of balsamic vinegar cream sounds interesting as I like balsamic vinegar. :)

You add it to the egg white when it is almost done. Marine cristal salt and Voatsiperifery pepper...
About the challenge flowers were too easy for me so I looked for something different and unusual.

The thing about Challenge groups is that you get to see how creative folks can be and still stay within the limits of the challenge. You came up with a tasty sounding image that shows off the yellow yokes! Great job.
