I prefer my fried eggs to be macerated like the one on the left. The one on the right with the unbroken runny yolk would be rejected. ;-))

Always nice to get a clever take on the challenge! Well done Isabel. I had a fried egg sandwich the other day but the use of balsamic vinegar cream sounds interesting as I like balsamic vinegar. :)

You add it to the egg white when it is almost done. Marine cristal salt and Voatsiperifery pepper...
About the challenge flowers were too easy for me so I looked for something different and unusual.

I shall try this sometime, if I can find the right items. :)
