Don't ask me why, I often find I prefer your PIPs to the front image. Maybe I'm just a contrarian.

No you are not. As I’ve explained once I think it was to Lothar, I very often put my fave in PIP to see if someone reacts. Most of the time I am desiluded... nobody seems to notice that the front image was in reality my second or third choice.
