The Chedi on to the Phou Fa hill

After many steps to climb on the city hill, there is a pagoda at the top. People enjoy the nice panorama view and spend their donations to the Chedi. (This stupa covers the ugly view to the cell phone antenna which is constructed on the hill top to serve citizen cellphones downtown.)
