NyiLa (pass) 3950 m in Lo Mantang
The trekking route from Jomson to the capital of Lo Mantang Mustang takes about 4 days and goes over four passes with an altitude of more than 4000 meters, one is the Nyi La (the meaning of "La" is pass).
