Bird's Eye View of Granum, Alberta
Published by the Granum Drug Co., Granum, with the M. Glückstadt & Münden postcard vending machine logo (they were the Hamburg-based printers). The 5-digit number is 43983. The card could therefore be by Phillips & Wrinch, although that is just a guess. Mailed in July 1911 to Roland, Man. with a brief message.

4927. Birds eye view of Moose Jaw Sask, Looking North
Postmarked November 11, 1911 at Moose Jaw to Mrs. Willie Stuart (or perhaps Street) of Carrollton, Ill.: "Nov. 11, 1911 Moose Jaw - Dearest Sister, Arrived here the 9th. Lots of cold and snow here. But the city has certainly changed since I was here before. Expect to stay here a short time. Will write later. Give my best regards to all. 20 (?) below zero this morning. With love. Glenna (?).
Great view of Moose Jaw by Alfred J. Sutton.
Note the sign on the side of the Bijou Theatre: Showing Today - White Slave Traffic. Whether it is this 1913 movie is hard to say: www.imdb.com/title/tt0003016

5273. Bradwardine. Wishing you a Merry Christmas
Postmarked Bradwardine, January 15, 1909 to Miss Odessa King, Cedar Rapids, Nebraska:
"Dear Cousin, I am doing a lot of skating her [sic]. I supos [sic] you are doing a lot there. I am cuting [sic] ice for the town pepal [sic] at $2.00 a load. Gilbert."
Prairie Lumber Company Limited sits across the street from the pile of lumber. The taller building near the horse and buggy is the Bank of Hamilton.
Looking at this location today, it is hard to believe that any of this ever existed -- goo.gl/maps/4j4p9 At least the old elevator is still there, which is unusual enough in itself.

With Maude taking sick it changed plans some. This is a town just two stations from here, but not the best view of it. 1 is school. 2 Meth. Church. 3 Eng. chu. 4. One of the many elevators. 7115. Broadway - Grand Falls, N.B.
Warwick Bros. & Rutter, no. 2904, published for J. R. Wade & Sons, Grand Falls, N.B.
Addressed to Miss Grace V. Hovey (or Hooey), #1189 W. 29 St., Los Angeles, Cal.
A rather lacklustre attempt to colourize the card. Not a great advertisement for Warwick Bros. & Rutter or Canadian lithography in general.
