The Atlas

The Atlas is a mountain range which stretches across Northern Africa extending about 2 500 km through Marocco, Algeria and Tunesia. The highest peak is Jebel Toubkai with an elevation of 4 167 m. It seperates the Mediterranian and Atlantic coastline from the Sahara Desert.
