...um so besser, berühmt bedeutet auch oft überlaufen. Hier findet man anscheinend noch eine angenehme Ruhe. Guten Morgen, Ulrich und einen angenehmen Tag. Wir warten nach 7 Wochen immer noch auf Regen...

Moin, Lothar. Regen ? Was ist das !? Kann mich kaum erinnern ! Beim Morgenlauf um 05:00 schon 24 Grad ! Immerhin: mein Feigenbaum trägt reichlich Früchte. Würd ich aber heut gern gegen einen kräftigen Schauer tauschen. Stadt kann manchmal unerträglich sein !

Von außen rustikal und trutzig, von innen sicher angenehm kühl und von sympathischem Ambiente...
