Of course! There is nothing to compare to being shaken to pieces and occasionally blinded by all eneveloping dust if one is unfortunate to meet a vehicle coming the other way. One sees splendid vast landscapes and creatures. One must carry water, however...it is an unforgiving land!

Well, so then you'd better travel with the camel from here ...

The colours of Australia are unique! Hope you had or have a wonderful travel, despite such roads.

There's often another the distance to the next fuel stop too... Too long since we went out that way!

I love the colours here Diana and that cloudless blue sky. We often complain about congested roads with no chance of getting anywhere near the speed limit, - I guess you wouldn't want to travel this road too fast unless your vehicle has really good suspension!

... had never heard of "bulldust" before; so looked it up ... it becomes another entry in "Encyclopedia Ipernia" (things we learn because of impetus from Ipernity entries) ... watched some videos too: nasty clouds of airborne dust from oncoming truck-trains ...
