It shouldn't be longer than a single page - without having to leaf through it.

That one I do understand.
But what about the € 10 donation ??

Indeed Jaap I agree with you.
I believe a newcomer could create a bank transfer for €10, which at least in France is quite long online (I am doing it for my own extension, but this means I fill up the IBAN, get a confirmation SMS, then a message some living person has to check and confirm, and... by next Tuesday the wire will be plugged).
So one really has to be motivated to proceed this way. I didn't check if Paypal allows for 'only €10', as I avoid them as much as I can...

In the meantime, I have hundreds of "free users" informed about the Newsflash (2019-02-14) with the offers of ima.

Occasionally I am asked how they can transfer the € 10,-. Because I personally don't like Paypal either, I advise them to use a normal bank transfer.
