Thanks for the fun comments. Graffiti and heavy equipment seems to go together like the proverbial horse and carriage, though I like Dr. Obstat's idea of trying to sell the advertising space (advertising for what? more heavy equipment?)
As for the leash question, the area is habitat for the Western Snowy Plover, though apparently not between May 15 and June 30 .....
