Yes, the black are shadows of the tile edges on my neighbours roof, the white is reflections on Gull droppings.

The head / face is more or less in the lower centre of the upper half of the photo. There is a note added.

No Jenny, it is actually a Forsythia tree, all that behind is my neighbours house 30 metres away which is where the unusual reflections come from.
