mid c15 glass, orate p... willi estfeld, milites. sir william estfield died 1447, having been lord mayor of london twice, and left money to the church. he'd been lord of the manor of netherhall. the maidenheads on his arms may refer to his mercer background.

a lovely little early c15 trinity in nave tracery, with sun and moon having faces at the sides, and god's big hands and feet next to christ's . only the face of god the father looks new, as the halo doesn't match. still, nice bit of work to find in such a little out of the way place.
