Interplanetary Criminal

I like the colour contrast of this ...is it a poster Joe?
I'd say it is a mural because of the red graffiti, but on the top on the left there's a date of what seems to be a concert, as he is a singer.
Can you tell me if I am wrong, please?

It's a show, Adele. The Interplanetary Criminal is a DJ from Manchester. It is sold out. He is appearing at SWG3 in Glasgow. I pass SWG3 when I am travelling into Glasgow on the train. It looks like an former factory. The whole place is covered in very colourful murals. I often thing I should alight from the train in the West End and walk here to photograph the magnificent artwork.
