First Wreck to be Removed

River Leven, Dumbarton

West Dunbartonshire Council made an Order under Section 252 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 to exercise it powers as harbour authority of Leven Harbour to remove ten wrecks from the River Leven at Dumbarton Quay.
