The water looks beautiful Joe. I wonder how many sunken boats there are in this stretch of the river, and why? Cheers, Rosa.

I think there are about thirty wrecks from Dalreoch Railway Bridge to the mouth of the Leven. Under the UK Salvage Law, if you lift a wreck from tidal waters, you bring upon yourself a lot of expensive and legal responsibilities. It's cheaper to leave them where they are. Thanks for your very kind comment, Rosa. Cheers, Joe

I've just looked them up Joe and an article in a newspaper, which I'm sure you are aware of.
