A lovely building. The B&W treatment suits it. What a lot has gone on in there.

Thanks, Jean. It's nice to see the building from where Oor Wullie and The Broons emanated. All the best, Joe

Yes, Andy, Dundee is renowned for the '3 Js', jute, jam and journalism. The latter is the only one that remains. The Jackie was a D.C. Thomson publication too. Cheers, Joe

Not in my book it isn't!
What on earth is Grand Theft Auto? Sounds awful. And since when did Dundee adopt the American word for a car?
(OK, I have heard of the term 'computer game', but the last one one I played was a few years ago in a bar in the south of France and I think it was called Space Invaders. Good fun it was too! ... on reflection it might have been nearly 40 years ago. Doesn't time fly when you're having fun NOT playing computer games! ... and not reading Jackie either!)

I have photographed the ex-editor of The Jackie a couple of time, Rosa. I used to read The Beano and The Dandy, when I was wee, but never The Jackie. Thanks for your very kind comment. Cheers, Joe
