I have read about the singing post boxes Joe, but haven't come across one. Thanks for showing....did you get a song from it? Does it just sing when you post something? A lovely fun idea and very festive :)) Cheers!

Merry Christmas Joe, and I look forward to more great photographs in 2019.
Kind regards, Rosalyn.

Thanks, Rosa. This is the second singing pillar box I have come across. Last month, I photographed the one on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. I haven't heard any of them singing yet.

I hope you have a great Christmas too. I look forward to seeing your tripod-assisted shots in the New Year.

All the best,

Joe

I've never heard of singing post boxes. Mind you - we're a bit out in the sticks.
Apparently you may receive a little festive serenade when posting cards and letters this Christmas! ;-)
