Central Mosque

The dome is comparatively small, Joe, but the minaret stands out nicely against the blue sky. Lovely autumn colours still. Yesterday we were hit by a mini tornado which brought down some trees in Wales and Shropshire, and blew most of the leaves off the trees.

I heard about the mini tornado on the news, Amelia. There are indeed a few nice autumn leaves still on the trees here. The light from the low-angle sun illuminated them very nicely. Thanks for your very kind comment. Cheers, Joe

As well as your beautiful monochrome shots Joe, your skies in recent shots are so beautiful as well. I love the light on the golden leaves to the left! I hear that high winds are forecast here tomorrow, so probably the last we will see of the autumn colours today. Cheers, Rosa.
