I like this picture because I enjoy these sorts of street coverings with their interesting textures.

But I do not know why there is a joke here? Translation is "Since a welder has allowed a joke"... but maybe I have to be a welder to understand? :D Must be that blue thing in the middle that was forced into place?

You are right, Janet. The Joke is the word: "Leihgas". That dos'nt exist really, it means, it is gas, what you can borrow.
