Ursula

Hier posiert Ursula am Zollamtssteg, der sowohl den Wienfluß als auch die von der U-Bahn-Linie U4 benutzte Vordere Zollamtsbrücke überspannt. Diese beiden Brücken wurden zur Zeit des Jugendstills erbaut und tragen unverkennbar Otto Wagners Handschrift (nein, nicht das Graffiti). Wirklich bekannt wurde die Brücke als Drehort eines abendlichen Dialogs der beiden Hauptdarsteller im Film "Before Sunrise" ("Vor Sonnenaufgang") aus 1995. Für mein Foto wäre wohl der Titel "Before High Noon" passender, aber was soll's. ;-) Here Ursula poses at the foot bridge Zollamtssteg, which spans both the Vienna river and the bridge Vordere Zollamtsbrücke used by the U4 underground line. These two bridges were built during the Art Nouveau period and bear Otto Wagner's unmistakable signature (no, not the graffiti). The bridge became really famous as the location of an evening dialogue between the two main actors in the 1995 film "Before Sunrise". For my photo, the title "Before High Noon" would probably be more appropriate, but what the heck ;-)

Ursula posiert hier mit einer der vier Jahreszeiten-Büsten, der Frühlings-Maid, auf der Wienfluß-Promenade im Wiener Stadtpark. Daß es bereits Sommer ist, war ihr egal; Hauptsache war, daß ihre weißen Waldviertler-Schuhe mit auf's Foto kamen. ;-) Ursula is posing here with one of the four seasonal busts, the Spring Maiden, on the Vienna River Promenade in Vienna's City Park. She didn't care that it was already summer; the main thing was that her white Waldviertler shoes also were on the photo ;-)
