Dark-Eyed Junco - Cassiar

After consulting with the good folks on WhatBird.com forums, this has been identified as either the colorless Oregon subspecies look-alike that technically falls under Slate-Colored subspecies, or as a really dull Oregon. I'm splitting the difference and calling it an Oregon-Colored. :-)
