Smoke and Recharge Ponds (0030)

Looking northerly from the upper tram station you see Route 62 heading away from us to the high desert. In the lower foreground are the Whitewater recharge ponds. Further up, to the right of 62 you can see the Mission Creek recharge ponds. These ponds are filled with Colorado River water from the Colorado River Aqueduct.
