For the Vintage Photos Theme Park's A DOG OR CAT ON A CHAIR theme. The Great Dane is considered a "working dog" by the AKC but this individual did nothing to support that designation.

What a great photo for the theme! Was this your dog, Rick? I can't imagine what it takes to feed a Great Dane!

Yes, it was the family dog and he did eat a lot of food. I was in college when my dad brought him home but it was my poor mom who took care of the beast. I think he ate two cans of dog food every day and all that that entailed. Eventually, my mom put her foot down and Thor was traded in for a miniature poodle.
