Yes. I know that's a shock since it's closer to being in focus than my usual photos. Although it was the last day of January it was a lovely day. My mother was visiting and we took the drive down from Washington on the spur of the moment. We had no idea president Ford would be in town kicking off the Bicentennial.

Brings back memories of a similar Williamsburg parade I saw when I visited. But there were no dignitaries, and I don't recall it looking as picturesque as this!
