Obviously there was at least another motorbike in the family, presumably belonging to the photographer, who I guess was Uncle Percy.

One had to be properly dressed even when paddling.

This is about the only photograph in the Pritchard archives that doesn't include at least a face of a person. Perhaps it was an experiment in still life. It does have a rather calming feel to it.
