Pieces of the structure of the amusement arcade that was burnt out in July 2014. The pier can be seen as it was a few days after the fire in www.ipernity.com/doc/philsutters/34219815 .
As these parts appear to have been put on one side - there was much more that must have been removed - I would guess that they will be incorporated into some sort of memorial. No-one was hurt in the fire. Currently the area where the arcade stood has been made good, just as an open space, and can be seen beyond the black and red notice. A local hotelier has bought the pier, but I can't remember if he plans to reinstate the arcade.
