I came across the work as I passed by the Welcome Building, which acts as a box office for Eastbourne's two neighbouring theatres and also has conference facilities and a restaurant.
This shot shows a similar view, albeit from a different angle, to my first sight. I was amused when I saw that the figure had been supported by what looks like a bin bag.
