Dulwich Village near Gallery Road

Phil a very nice set of fences in of all places an almost suburbia. HFF from out in the west of OZ.

Dulwich Village is about five miles from London Bridge, so it is very much in Inner London.

Dulwich is very leafy, with two large parks and a small corner of the remains of the Great North Wood, that used to stretch from the north of Dulwich nearly to Croydon.

It is a very pleasant, but very, very expensive, place to live. Until ten years ago we lived about a mile from this location in a three-bedroomed terraced house, in an ordinary-looking street. Those houses now sell for around £800,000 - £1 milllon, depending on the quality of the internal finishes and the amount of extensions outwards and upwards.We didn't get anything like that as we moved around the time of the financial crisis.
