It wasn't just me mad enough to come out and snap away on a day like this. The seagull obviously decided the fog would impede his fishing, because he came along eyeing up our chips a bit later.

Thanks, Skipper. It took a whole portion of pie and chips before the fog began to lift. When my grandson and I sat down to eat our lunch on the riverbank you could only just see the water below you. But a steak and kidney pie from the chip shop works wonders!
