The back of the cottage faces up Exceat Hill towards Friston Forest, so it must be a pleasant outlook, but not a wide open vista. If there is a window in the right-hand end, it is hidden by bushes, otherwise it would have a great view down to Cuckmere Haven. It certainly looks old. When I get a minute, I'll see if it is listed.
