This is one of four photographs by W. Vaughan-Jenkins that are at the back of my Father's railway photo album covering the late 1950s and early 1960s. The rest are yet to be scanned.

Great isn't it! I can say that, as it isn't my work, or even Dad's. I think Vaughan-Jenkins was a fairly well-known railway photographer of the period. I don't know how well Dad knew him, but there are a handful of his prints in Dad's collection.
