GWR 5975 Winslow Hall at Dawlish perhaps.

This is from a tiny strip along the top of a small negative. The beach front location makes me think it is probably Dawlish, where we had a holiday in 1962.
The smokebox numberplate is very fuzzy, when blown up, but I think that it reads 5975.
