I am fairly sure that my grandfather, H.T.Sutters, is the man seated in the centre of the second row.
16.7.2013 I have just noticed, while back tracking on a referral for 'Abbassia Barracks', a Hansard notice about the poor lighting in the barracks in 1911 and the information that improved quarters with electric lighting was on the way.
