Le Palais de la Bourse (Pàlacio da Bolsa) est l'une des visites incontournables de la ville. Construit en 1834, ce bâtiment néo classique cache derrière sa façade austère, de charmantes salles décorées sous l'influence de différents styles (renaissance, baroque et même mauresque). Ne manquez pas le véritable joyau du monument en l'occurrence le salon arabe, copie à la «sauce portugaise» de l'Alhambra de Grenade. Bâti à l'initiative de l'association commerciale de Porto, le Palais de la Bourse accueille la chambre de commerce et depuis peu, la salle du tribunal qui est le théâtre de l'intronisation des membres de la confrérie des vins de Porto.
