Cardinals Wharf- 49 Bankside

A plaque on the wall states that Sir Christopher Wren lived here while watching the building of St. Paul's Cathedral and that, in 1502, Catherine of Aragon (first wife of Henry VIII) rested here after disembarking from a ship on the River Thames.
