I forgot ..

to take a photo of my entree ..
was too hungry...
so, this is where we went to celebrate the birthday of a dear friend ...
what did I have...?
ah, Salmon Santorini... three pieces of Wild Alaskan Salmon layered with fresh tomato slices and slices of feta cheese !
think the sauce was lemon with some herbs..
had Greek potatoes with it !
it was really good !
maybe next time I won't be so starved & will photograph the feast before diving in !

good food... great friends... it doesn't get any better !
