Thanks for the visit, Pam. The wildflower you asked about is Brodiaea coronaria, Harvest Brodiaea, a wildflower that from the Pacific Northwest. You commented on it before I even had a chance to put a name to the picture.

Oh these are Honey Bees and very very docile. You would have to screw one up in your hand to get a sting. The Bumble Bees are very docile too. They will stroke the lens !
