Hackberry Emperor butterfly(Asterocampa celtis) tasting the salts in my skin
She was on my left hand.. so was holding the camera in my right.. which has nerve damage so I dont feel things so good with it... Was fun to hold and focus and click !!!

They did it for free when this was taken last year. They will probably want paying this year... if they ever turn up !

How wonderful! I haven't held a butterfly since I was a kid. I was thinking of you because a beautiful Tiger Swallowtail flew into my yard today. I would have loved to have photographed it, but my camera was inside and it did not stay long.

My camera is welded to me... its with me always outside... only not "on me" when I mow or something like that.. but its around then too.
