yes but he finaly didn't eat it. he played with the fish for one hour and decided not to eat it. herons don't like that kind of fish.

no because this is a catfish. this fish has thorns around the mouth. if the heron try to eat it, it becomes jammed in his throat. so, he play with the fish to removes these thorns. maybe he was not able to remove them from that fish and decided to go. the fish was probably eaten later by gulls or minks.
