Martin Siegel club has replied to Eric Desjours clubthe relief is part of the "Wilhelm von Humboldt" statue. Besides beimg the elder brother of Alexander von Humboldt Wilhelm was a philosopher, educational reformer, diplomat and linguist and also the founder of the Berlin University The reliefs in the base of the statue symbolize his line of works. The woman is probably scientia (science, knowledge) the boy is Wilhelm carrying a bust of ??? probably to show his conviction to science.
