Piggybacking a 2nd 74HC595

This is the row driver and its serial output doesn't go anywhere (last chip in the chain), so piggybacking another chip doesn't cause any confusion.

Unfortunately I had to remove one 8pin header. It survived, but it wasn't any fun.
