I had to use an archive shot this week, because time limitations these days. I hope some grace will be extended to me. Sunset (and sunrise of course) meets in my opinion definition #2 very well. Fading day on the beach - Amrum A must on black!

Kniepsand is not a beach but a slowly drifting sandbar, which made landfall about 100 years ago on the west coast of the island of Amrum. Der Kniepsand ist eine extrem langsam wandernde Sandbank in der Nordsee. Sie liegt westlich der schleswig-holsteinischen Insel Amrum und nimmt eine Fläche von rund 10 km² ein.
