Diese Fotos sind anlässlich eine Panoramio-Treffens auf dem Säntisgipfel entstanden. Ein Teil der Gruppe hat den Weg zu Fuß gewagt, der Rest (ich eingeschlossen) ist mit der Seilbahn gefahren. Wir waren etwa 20 aus D, A und CH und hatten 3 Tage eine tolle Zeit.

Taken at 5:12 am from the summit of the Saentis (2.502m) after a very short night in the hut with our group of 16 hikers sleeping in the same room. The weather looks pleasant, however it was -4°C with a gusty nortwesterly wind. To our regret we missed the sunrise about an hour earlier because of a the massive inversion layer which is just dissolving.

The second day of the Panoramio "Summit" on the Saentis in 2011 at 6.26 in the morning. Gusty northwesterly winds and -3°C at 2.500 m limited the fun of outdoor photography.
