I have been meaning to comment on this photo since Friday, Lutz. Where does the time go? I love the illusion of the fence on the buildings, and I love the PiP too. Is there a real fence running around the top of the building?

Wie du schreibst befindet sich unter dem Gebäude die
erste Tiefgarage Hamburgs?! ... und dann noch von 1929.
Weißt du mehr davon, wie z.B. die Größe und der damalige
Zweck?! War die Garage Öffentlich oder Privat?
Die Großmarkthalle in Ffm (heute EZB) hatte 1928 auch
eine Tiefgarage für die Anlieferung der Ware...
das war bestimmt in den Kontor- Häusern auch so?!
