Almost 5 years after the end of WW 2 most of the rubble has been cleared and the rebuilding has started, but 70% of the city is still in ruins. View at full size for lots of details. Photos taken by my dad.

Danke Erhard, die Fotos hat mein Vater gemacht. Dies sind Scans von schlecht erhaltenen Papierbildern, die ich zufällig vor Jahren gefunden habe. Die waren dann zeimlich lange auf der Intensivstation

...die haben ja keinen Schaden genommen. Der Kleine (Feuerleitbunker) ist in den Fünfzigerjahren abgebrochen worden.
