Nicht das Bild, das man sucht.
Kein Licht, das Geschichten verkauft.
Nur Wind, Salz und Schweigen.
Ein Berg, der nichts will –
und gerade darum bleibt.

Am Ende war es genau dieses raue Wetter,
das mir die schönsten Bilder schenkte –
nicht trotz, sondern wegen des Lichts,
das Island selbst zu malen scheint.
