My christmas - plate
Casual german family dinner at 25th dec.
Goose (pref. one leg), potatoe dumplings, red cabbage (with apples and bacon). Sauce made by the fluids which came out of the goose (if you won´t it this fatty just put it outside until it´s close to nonliquid so you can seperate the fat from the top but who cares about calories during christmas?).

It´s tasty as hell... and it´s a good tradition to view the whole family during christmas, even the ones you don´t see casual trough the whole year.
