This is the boat that landed us on Skokholm in very low visibility, but calm seas, I took this on my phone as I was walking up the hill to the accommodation. The orange dumper truck (driven by the Warden) collects luggage and carries it up the hill.......and subsequently delivers it back to the harbour on leaving. together with bags of recyclable waste to be taken to the mainland. Just as well, as most people have 3 or 4 bags each.

The Tachinidae are a large and variable family of flies within the insect order Diptera, with more than 8,200 known species and many more to be discovered (info from Wikipedia).
