Dandelion
I dug this dandelion plant out of my lawn. I was looking a bit battered having survived some heavy rain. Before it went in the compost bin, I decided to photograph it from a different perspective. Again, I balanced the plant on a fence post, so I could use the lawn as a background. I added a vignette to make it stand out a bit more.

But you've photographed this flower beautifully.
I always see them like this when I pick the heads for my dandelion jam, because then the little green sepals, the bracts, always have to be removed, otherwise they give it a bitter taste.

Keith Burton club has replied to Herb Riddle clubThe Olympus 60mm macro lens is superb, but is very small and fiddly to use. I'd love the OM Systems 90mm macro, but I'd have to sell one of my kidneys to afford it :-)))
